The Yemen Co. for Fisheries and Marine Life is one of the largest companies in the fisheries sector in Yemen. It is a public company established in 1996 with over 134,000 shareholders. The company has its head office in Aden with branches in Sanaa, Hodeidah and Al Shr (Hadramaut Governorate).
The company's has its own fish processing plant in Aden where it processes and freezes various kinds of fish and fish products in accordance with HACCP standards.
